App Permissions
ALBM may request permissions through iOS or another operating system. These may include access to photos, camera, notifications, contacts, or location depending on the features you use. You can manage permissions in your device settings. If you deny a permission, some features may not work.
Photos and Face Matching
ALBM may offer face matching features that help users find photos they appear in. Face matching is intended to be consent-aware, optional where required, and controlled through user settings. If enabled, face-related information is used to provide matching, tagged photo discovery, confidence percentages, and related account features.
We do not sell face matching information. We do not use face matching information to determine credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other eligibility decisions. We do not use face matching information for third-party advertising. You may request deletion of face-related data by contacting us at hello@usealbm.com.
Analytics, Crash Reporting, and Diagnostics
ALBM may use analytics, crash reporting, logging, and diagnostic tools to understand how the app performs, identify errors, prevent abuse, and improve user experience. These tools may collect device identifiers, app version, device model, operating system, interaction events, crash data, and general location derived from IP address. We do not use analytics data to track you across other companies' apps or websites unless we first obtain any consent required by law or platform rules.
Tracking and Advertising
ALBM does not sell personal information. ALBM does not currently use third-party advertising networks to track users across apps and websites. If we add advertising or tracking features in the future, we will update this policy and request any permissions required by Apple, including App Tracking Transparency where applicable.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate ALBM, such as hosting, storage, analytics, security, and support providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with your direction or consent.
